The fire never uncovered itself under the heavy snow, only til years later, its belief becomes so strong that makes the desire to shine more meaningfull. Over the past 30-year development, BGE has never taken luck as its glory. It is our devotion to work that enables us to arrive where we are today. We bear the pain from badly mutilated body for rebirth; we make fundamental changes to accelerate the reconstruction of the organization; and we create a new order for a new start. Set aside time, let the future come and let the past pass. We are convinced that no matter how the outside world changes, one withered flower will not impoverish the whole spring.

Only very few enterprises in environmental industry can develop for 30 years, and there are many lessons we should reflect on. One of the core lessons is that “it is oneself that decides his destiny; and fortune or misfortune, it’s all up to oneself”. The happiness or sadness that one goes through can hardly be felt by others. Only by thinking deeply and making wise analysis with sincerity can one finally succeed. To think deeply, the first step is to remove prejudice; and the second step is to think objectively. It is one’s own behaviors that bring about fortune or misfortune. The fortune and misfortune of an enterprise are also the result of the joint actions of everyone. Therefore, we take full responsibility for the results of all business operations.

Time is an existence that transcends emotion and ideology. To give respect to history is to give hope for the future.
