取势宏远，东方雨虹人来自平凡，但也创造了不凡，带动防水从一个工序发展为一个行业，引领无数像我们这样的“泥腿子”堂堂正正、有尊严地端起这安身立命的饭碗。我们的梦想浇灌在贫瘠的现实上，以精卫衔木填沧海之坚韧，天垮下来擎得起的魄力，一次又一次穿透黑暗，跨越寒冬，直面灰犀牛。
事在人为，东方雨虹建筑建材系统服务商蓝图的初显，聚势于管仲和商鞅均强调的“力出一孔，利出一孔”，决胜于统一的意志力量。
东方雨虹有几百个部门，倘若每个部门都竖起一堵墙，每个墙只容一个孔出气，那么整个公司就是一把筛子，毫无战斗力可言。东方雨虹有一万多人就有一万零一种想法，倘若这一万零一种想法如脱缰野马只计算自己的蝇头微利，公司利益皮毛不存。
何为内卷？表面是能量场的问题，实则是一些人丢了“五为”初心。精致的利己主义者，精通自我包装的人在一些部门大行其道。公司利益部门化，整体利益个人化，拔一毛而利天下难于上青天；互相遮掩又互相为难，只顾小船不翻哪管大山倒不倒；抱着少做少错，少说少错，多一事不如少一事的不作为态度餍足地躺平火种柴垛之上睡大觉：凡此种种极力为“力出一孔，利出一孔”制造障碍者，除了连根铲除，别无他途。
举头向朝阳，低头是生活。如何协同保障公司整体利益与个人利益、价值是我们一直在努力但也一直面临的巨大挑战。我并不期待永远风平浪静，但希望遇到难题时，都可以是它的对手。

Following the principle of gaining might from a small hole and obtaining benefits from one source, we believe the collaboration of hundreds of departments within Oriental Yuhong is integral to our triumph. It is imperative that all employees are aligned with the bigger picture of the company, in order to sustain its good performance and benefits.
What is involution? It seemingly is an issue about the energy field, but is essentially a phenomenon that arises from the loss of the original aspirations of some people. In certain departments, self-interested individuals tend to have a large presence. Some employees and even some departments focus on their own interests over those of the company, and they may be unwilling to relinquish any small portion of their interests. This leads to a conflict of interest. They do just enough work to get by, believing “the less trouble the better”. Such behaviors can impede the implementation of the above-mentioned principle and should be rooted out.
Lift your gaze toward the morning sun, and lower your head to embrace life undone. Ensuring the collective and individual interests within the company presents an enormous challenge that we have consistently striven to overcome. Though I don't anticipate that things remain calm indefinitely, I aspire to counter the challenges that come my way.
