我们始终是客户的配角。做工是东方雨虹的本分,把辛苦活留给自己,把不便和困难留给自己,让客户永无后顾之忧地使用东方雨虹的产品和服务是我们的天职。必须汗流满面才得以糊口,必要的劳碌奔波以成全客户的舒适,东方雨虹愿做客户的挑山工、马前卒。己欲立而立人,己欲达而达人,客户的赢面就是我们的希望,积客户之大胜为我们的小胜。
我们还需离客户再近一点。东方雨虹“以客户为中心”的价值体系中,如果不是为客户着想,那么思考毫无意义;如果资源配置不是围绕客户的需求,那么管理乱无章法;如果奋斗的目标不是为客户和社会创造价值,那么长期主义将无的放矢。
刀刃向内成就客户。不讲任何条件,客户永远是对的。如果客户错了,那务必遵守前一句。得客户则四海春风,得市场如九天时雨,成就客户即是成就自我,为难自己,毫不为难。
